Please be advised that we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. It is very important that you make sure everything on your order is correct before you finalize the order. Please note, there is a 6 hour window after placing your order if you wish to cancel or change anything, You must email customersupport@halaarnails.com with your name, order number and request. 

Due to health and safety reasons, we currently do not accept returns. However, if you have an issue with your order please feel free to contact us at customersupport@halaarnails.com so that we may further assist you in fixing the problem.
